Program Description
Each student arrives with their own campaign idea, something they feel passionate about and want to see changed in the world.
Examples: Change local school policy, environmental activism, help a candidate or political party on a campaign, raise awareness or funds to combat disease, – whatever your idea for activism, we can help you put your campaign together.
Throughout the course of the two weeks, students will gain exposure to and experience using:
Fundamental Advocacy Skills
Research
Argument Analysis
Spoken and Written Communication
Faculty members will follow and constantly reassess each student’s progress on their project.
Master-classes – students will present their campaign ideas & strategies to be critiqued by experts who will provide useful tips on how to improve.
Special seminars will help each student master a 21st Century Advocacy Toolkit…

Blogging, Web and other Internet tools
Lobbying
Brochures / Branding
Volunteer Recruiting
Fundraising
Tuition (includes room and board): $1895
